About your role

Our Personal Care Workers at our Fairways facility in Bundaberg provide assistance to our residents to ensure they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their needs, interests, abilities and choices.

With your new role, you will provide personal care to our elderly residents. You will also be responsible for offering meal assistance and support with social and leisure activities!

You will work a minimum of 20 hours per week across Monday to Sunday, on varied rosters between 6:00am – 2:30pm and 2:30pm – 9:30pm.

The successful candidate will have: 
  • Cert III Aged/ Community Care, Disability or Individual Support
  • Assist clients with medication or willing to obtain
  • Provide support to meet personal care needs or willing to obtain
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • Working rights in Australia (Passport/ Birth Certificate)
  • Flu vaccination evidence (or willing to obtain)
