Service Desk Analyst (BB-B3D20)

Description:

We are looking for an individual who has a couple of years experience working on the services desk as the first point of contact for IT issues. Ideally it will suit someone who has worked in a professional services or legal environment before and specifically someone who has outstanding ability to communicate with users of varying seniority.

Experience required:

  • At least 2 + years' experience working in level 1 / 2 support role
  • Strong technical experience across Windows 10, Office 365, Zoom and Document Management Systems
  • Good understanding across PC based technologies, network, and applications
  • Desktop troubleshooting skills
  • Previous experience setting up and troubleshooting videoconferencing and teleconferencing equipment including Zoom and MS Teams
  • Use of tools such as Zendesk, Mimecast, Crowdstrike, VMWare, Zscaler, IT Glue, ScreenConnect, LogMeln, PRTG (desirable)
  • Citrix and remote access
  • Previous experience working in a legal or professional services environment
