About The Role
We are seeking applications for a Customer Service Representative role for our client located in Shepparton. Our client is the Australia's largest integrated manufacturer and supplier of steel and solutions, with over 200 locations around the country.
In this role you will be responsible in customer phone calls, emails & faxes, providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on-time delivery to the customer. Further you will collaborate with the team to ensure customers' expectations are met or exceeded. You will work closely with the Account Managers to nurture & grow customer relationships. This is a full time permanent role with an attractive salary package.
