    Chandler Macleod is working with a large mining company who currently have an employment opportunity for an Administrator to start as soon as possible, for a casual position located in Pinjarra.

    The purpose of this position is to facilitate the maintenance of the HR database by ensuring quality data and being responsible for amendments to employee master files. This position also provides 2nd level support and backup for the HR Help Desk.


    Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Deal with queries from HR Representatives and HR Help Desk, including Payroll queries
  • HR Administration - provides quality checking of inputs into the employee services processes administered. Checking includes accuracy and approvals for changes or claims and recruitment activities and also salary changes
  • Distributes outputs from processes including, salary increase notifications, letters of offer, termination documentation, certificates, redundancy quotes and other correspondence as required.
  • Assist with monthly audits for the HR system
  • Provide support on the HR Help Desk, covering absences and assisting during peak hour
  • Ensures audit protocols and payroll deadlines are adhered to for all data management performed. Escalates issues related to audit and payroll deadlines to HR Supervisor - Employee Services for resolution.



    Skills required:
  • Previous administrative experience in Payroll or HR and Customer services experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in Employee Relations
  • Mining experience is desirable
