About the Role

We are looking for a talent acquisition resourcer to join our team on a part-time basis for a fixed term contract. Working as part of our national team you will form an integral part in further strengthening our talent acquisition offering. You will work closely with the talent team, and our People & Culture Leaders, to provide targeted resource solutions for our service line offerings in the business. More specifically, in this role you will:

  • Proactively create, and maintain, talent pools and pipelines across our ATS PageUp and LinkedIn
  • Undertake, and update, detailed market maps of target candidates and our competitors
  • Provide national market insights, trends and updates to the talent team and other integral internal stakeholders, including Hiring Managers
  • Support the talent team to continually drive and enhance the candidate experience, to ensure the continued success of our EVP offering
  • Maintain the data integrity of our ATS, and support the creation of detailed, accurate and insightful candidate and job reports
  • Advise Hiring Managers on candidate engagement, and optimising LinkedIn
  • Research and suggest new channels of advertising and actively seek out innovative ways of sourcing candidates
  • Manage relationships with key external Account Managers, including but not limited to Seek, PageUp and LinkedIn
  • Deliver ad-hoc projects in relation to broader recruitment and/or human resource topics
  • On occasion, deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions to support the talent team and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
  • Essential Skills

  • Commercial recruitment/resourcing experience (essential)
  • A combination of internal and external recruitment, or RPO exposure
  • ATS administration/management experience (PageUp desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing talent pools
  • A proven track record of delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions
  • Experience in Professional Services (desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships with, and influencing, key stakeholders
  • An ability to prioritise quickly, and adapt to changing stakeholder needs
  • A passion for people and customer service
  • An ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
