BDO’s Audit practice is one of the largest in Queensland, auditing many of Queensland and Australia’s leading public and private sector organisations across a diverse industry base. We are seeking students who are interested in joining our Graduate Program and starting their auditing career with us in 2022.

Our Audit Graduate Program will give you the opportunity to:

  • Go out on client sites from day one
  • Audit a mix of large and small clients, both public and private
  • Be part of National Audit training throughout your career
  • Receive excellent mentoring and support throughout your audit career
  • Develop your technical knowledge through client problems while building on relationship skill set on a daily basis.

    What you’ll need to succeed

    We welcome students who:

  • Are in their final year (or recently completed) of a Business or Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting
  • Are CA/CPA postgraduate study eligible
  • Are able to interact with all types of clients and people
  • Display solid academic achievement
  • Possess fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are involved in extra-curricular activities
  • Are a dynamic team player with an innovative approach to work and life
  • Have motivation for continuous learning and development
  • Like to be out of the office as no Audit day is ever the same!
  • Are aligned to our BDO
  • Are an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent R esident at time of application

    • What happens after you apply & more information:

  • Successful Graduates will commence March 2022
  • You will receive an email confirming our receipt of your application
  • Each application is reviewed individually
  • Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete an online video interview, further testing with successful candidates invited to attend an assessment centre by Thursday, 01 April 2021. Assessment centres will either be run in our local office or virtually.
  • For successful applicants, our Assessment Centres will be scheduled on Tuesday, 06 April – Thursday, 08 April 2021
  • Applications close Friday, 26 March 2021 at 11:59PM (AEST)
