Newmans on the Park is in Templestowe, just 17km northeast of Melbourne. With close proximity to major shopping centres, and staff parking onsite, it’s a highly convenient place to work.

The Job
Your role will see you leading the facility, managing a team of dedicated care staff and providing a high level of clinical expertise in line with the aged care standards. By using your leadership and clinical skills, you’ll deliver excellent, personalised care, and foster a fun, nurturing environment to ensure positive outcomes are achieved for residents, their family and staff.

You bring: at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, a current AHPRA registration, outstanding management capability, fabulous communication and team work skills and solid computer skills.

You will be passionate about making a difference through leading, clinical standards, motivating and inspiring our valued team of care staff, supporting residents and sharing our positivity and genuine interest in delivering excellent care to our residents.
