Randstad is recruiting for a Technical Lead for a well known organisation in the Energy sector. This is an initial 5 month contract with potential extensions. The project is set to finish in June 2022. The ideal candidate will have experience with all of the below:

  • Building and operating data centres and control rooms or facilities for critical infrastructure
  • Good understanding of operational technologies and communications.
  • Working in the energy industry

    • Key deliverables:

  • Documentation as required including: Requirements, strategies for staging, impact assessments, stage plans inclusive of installation, testing and readiness. High level plans are required for the ECI Phase and post Business case will be expanded into detailed plans.
  • Development of relevant sections in the Business cases and the Project management Plans for execution phases.
  • Tenant Relocation plans
  • Contribute to the ongoing update of project management plans for the ECI phase
  • Input to control registers.
  • Benefits realisation plans and measures for baseline and future state. This includes the assembling and review of the ongoing operational costs for the centres.
  • Status reports on activities in conjunction with the Project Manager
  • Change impact assessments and communications are to be developed in conjunction with the change Lead.
  • Process change and facility documentation is to be developed in conjunction with the Business Analyst’s role.
