Lucio Pizzeria is a busy Italian restaurant located in the inner city/eastern suburbs of Sydney. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to join our fun and friendly team.

We are seeking a Head Chef with a minimum of 4 years experience working in the industry.

The Head chef will be responsible for writing seasonal menus, preparing and cooking dishes, training and developing the kitchen teams, and overseeing the management of rosters and budgets.

The applicant must:

-- Be willing to work days/ nights/ weekends.

-- Have the right to work legally in Australia.

-- Be fully qualified & have excellent communication skills.

-- Have knowledge of the Italian cuisine and previous experience working in Italian restaurants of a similar standard.

-- Have the ability to work calmly under pressure and work as a team.

-- Be reliable, loyal and determined.

-- Have a complete understanding of HACCP standards and safe food handling procedures.

We are open 7 nights and lunches from Friday - Sunday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $75,000.00 – $81,000.00 per year
