    Senior Sales Executive

    Sell treasury and accounts automation solutions into the BFSI space, including banks, mutual banks, lenders, asset managers, fintech, and financial organizations.

    As a Senior Sales Executive, you will work with cutting-edge complex financial software products and services, driving client satisfaction and business success while developing your skills and expertise.

    The target is $2m in annual value, with an average deal size of $500k for new deals and $100k for upsell deals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sell new products and services to existing and new client accounts.
    • Maintain ongoing relationships with current customers to generate new sales opportunities.
    • Build and manage a network of potential clients and proactively initiate contact to present offerings.
    • Collaborate as part of a sales team to promote and sell designated products and services to key accounts.
    • Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to clients, utilizing available resources and tools.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and the company's capabilities.
    • Assist in developing strategic sales plans and contribute to achieving sales goals.

    Requirements:

    • 7-15 years of sales experience, with a good portion in software and services sales.
    • Expertise in selling complex financial software, with treasury solutions or banking book risk solutions experience being a bonus.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, along with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
    • An analytical mindset to assess and meet client business needs, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
    • Established involvement in industry trade groups is preferred.
