    We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our team and contribute to the delivery of complex projects for our clients in the infrastructure, aviation, real estate, and construction sectors.

    As a Project Manager at Turner & Townsend, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects with world-class clients and build a successful career with a company that provides high levels of support at every stage.

    The key specifications for this role include:

    • Leading capital projects effectively and efficiently.
    • Applying proven project management skills to plan, monitor, and document tasks throughout a project.
    • Taking responsibility for key functional aspects within the project, including scope, risk, cost, schedule, and quality.
    • Ensuring safety is at the heart of project delivery.
    • Managing day-to-day project activities through the complete life cycle, from initiation to deployment and handover into operations.
    • Working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver targeted project outcomes and foster a communicative project culture.
    • Employing a sound understanding of procurement in projects, tendering preparation and management, bid assessment, and contract award for contractors and/or professional services.
    • Preparing reports and communicating project progress to stakeholders, including schedule/milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, and promoting actions to improve project outcomes.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role.
    • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
    • Recognized Project Management Qualification (e.g., AAPM, APM, PMI, PRINCE2, MSP) or equivalent.
    • Experience working in the infrastructure, aviation, real estate, and/or construction sector.
    • Aviation experience is highly desirable.
    • Proven experience in on-site contractor management.
    • Experience operating at various stages in the project lifecycle.
    • Solid understanding of engineering and design in delivery, as well as safety practices in project delivery.
    • Contract administration and management expertise.
    • Self-motivated team player with adaptability and ability to handle competing demands.
