Staff Specialist with Clinical Director component (Orthopaedics) in Cairns

Remuneration: Up to $533,498 per annum (L25 – L27) or up to $491,181 per annum (L18 – L24), including employer contributions to superannuation (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), professional development allowance, motor vehicle allowance, professional development leave (3.6 weeks per annum), plus private practice arrangements.
Purpose and Responsibilities: Ensure the development and maintenance of specialist health services within the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service, providing appropriate, effective, efficient, integrated, safe clinical services according to contemporary standards.
Your Opportunity: We seek a Clinical Director Orthopaedics to provide professional oversight, leadership, support for clinical staff, and facilitate high-quality patient care within the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service.
Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Provide required evidence in accordance with legislation, government policy, and directives.
