    The Client
    Our client is searching for a Residential Building Manager to become a valued member of their dedicated team, delivering top-tier customer service to their clientele. This role focuses on proactive building management, assistance, and overseeing contractors.

    The Role
    The Building Manager is responsible for:

    • Supervising onsite contractors
    • Overseeing loading dock operations and deliveries
    • Administering lift management including bonds, bookings, and removalist coordination
    • Conducting routine monitoring of common property areas
    • Coordinating lot fit-outs and associated bonds
    • Notifying Owners Corporations of any hazardous conditions and ensuring compliance

    The Candidate

    • 2+ years' experience in Building Management
    • Must have BMC experience
    • Effective time management skills
    • A personable demeanour and enjoyment in daily interactions with people
    • Clear and articulate communication with stakeholders
    • Outstanding proficiency in customer service
