    Job Description

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our F&B team in Brisbane, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily F&B operations, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring high standards of service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service and high standards.
    • Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team for operational excellence.
    • Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistency.
    • Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs while maintaining quality.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
    • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
    • Assist in creating and implementing F&B promotions and events.
    • Analyze sales data for trends and improvements.
    • Conduct staff training to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar leadership role.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
    • RSA Certificate and food safety knowledge.
    • Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and POS systems.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and early mornings.
    • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a positive attitude.
