KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Technical

• Optimize laboratory operations and staff for safe and efficient production
• Manage job priorities and resources to meet client expectations
• Perform approved analytical methods
• Collaborate with the QAQC team for quality system maintenance
• Ensure adherence to operating procedures and timely, accurate reports
• Investigate discrepancies and take corrective actions
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and sample management activities

Other

• Maintain a safe work environment
• Contribute to employee management through recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
• Manage inventory and liaise with administration
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Handle maintenance and communication with stakeholders
• Keep clients informed about sample status
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the laboratory manager
