Lighting Engineering design role for an experienced electrical engineer working on infrastructure construction and engineering projects on the G.

CElectrical Engineer – Street Lighting, Gold CoastThe CompanyWith a growing team based on the Gold Coast, this innovative company specialises in Intelligent Transport system design.

They have expertise in civil and electrical engineering and have several major infrastructure projects at the moment with twenty staff.

They are looking to take advantage of demand for their services by expanding the team to twenty-five which is where you come in.

The RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Engineer / Lighting Designer with the technical ability and interest to understand and design intelligent transportation systems on major infrastructure projects.

You will join a team of civil, lighting, electrical engineers working on a variety of different transport projects, including intersections, tunnels, highways, bridges and arterial roads.

The PersonDegree qualified Engineer
RPEQ ideal but not essential
3-15 years' experience in Electrical Engineering (ITS ideal but not essential - building services would be a close match)

Capable of working autonomously – most of the staff work from home two days a week and have done this for years (so very experienced in setting up remote workstations that function well – no problems)This is a unique, progressive mid-tier company offering genuine work/life balance.
