    Privately owned and operated medical centre - owned by a GP who opened the centre 5 years ago Vacancy exists to replace 2 GPs that recently relocated interstate Currently turning away 40+ patients per day - a new doctor will develop a patient base within 2 weeks Current GPs currently see 5 patients per hour70% of billings - Gross billings exceeding $2500 a day Vacancy exists to meet patient demand - current GPs booked out in advance Large practice with 8 consulting rooms, 2 procedure rooms for all skin and Mirena Strong allied health offering on-site Full time on-site Practice Manager, Admin team and Support staff Practice principle can offer strategic training on how to utilise the MBS to generate further income About the Practice: Located in Rockingham in proximity to schooling and shopping centres Clinic currently consists of 6 GPs with allied health on site Large consulting rooms3 full-time nurses - all trained in CDM and health assessments High level of skin and sexual health support Clinic open 6 days per week - various rostering options available Use best practice with training available to utilise the software efficiently NO DRUG SEEKERS
