    Description

    Tinuiti, the largest independent performance marketing firm, seeks an experienced Learning Experience Designer. With a focus on strategy and channel expertise, our team understands that success requires a balance of both.

    About You:

    • You are a dedicated educator with expertise in instructional design and UX.
    • You approach challenges with curiosity and are driven to create innovative solutions.
    • You have experience designing interactive learning content across various modalities.
    • You possess excellent presentation design skills using tools like Google Slides.
    • You are proficient in instructional design tools such as Articulate Rise, Vyond, Captivate, etc.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with the Talent Development team to deliver impactful learning experiences.
    • Create e-learning content, including learning objectives, course content, and facilitation guides.
    • Evaluate the impact of programs on the business, ensuring alignment with learning goals and objectives.
    • Manage knowledge management hubs featuring learning materials and best-in-class resources.
    • Cross-functional collaboration: Develop deep understanding of Tinuiti's business and client-base to inform learning strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Three (3-5) years of learning or UX design experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or commensurate experience.

    Estimated Salary:

    $120,000 - $150,000 per year
