    Chiesi are an established global pharmaceutical company that set up their ANZ headquarters in recent times. They are made up of 3 business units covering Respiratory Care, Specialty Care and Rare Diseases. Their culture is lean, agile and hands-on where all team members play a pivotal role in building their ANZ foundations with multiple brands in crowded and highly competitive markets. Due to business growth, they are in search of an experienced Scientific Advisor to join their team and lead their flagship portfolio.

    Reporting to the Associate Head of Medical Affairs, your key responsibilities will include:

    • developing and executing medical affairs activities in line with global
    • building and maintaining relationships with KOL's and HCP's
    • communicating key clinical and research insights from KOL's
    • using the support of strong scientific data to build advocacy
    • manage symposium's, speaker training, and advisory boards
    • maintain the highest level of knowledge across all competing products
    • partner with your commercial team to support education and MA compliance

    The successful candidate will have:

    • degree qualifications in Life Sciences or related fields
    • PhD, Masters or Honours in Science will be highly regarded
    • proven pharmaceutical medical affairs experience
    • the ability to be a part of building medical process
    • strong presentation and relationship building skills
    • adaptable mindset and problem solving skills
    • willingness to travel

    Candidates with a background in Respiratory or related fields will be highly regarded.
