    Our client is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Program Manager for Culture Change. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team delivering strategic initiatives for enhanced governance, decision-making, and cultural change.

    As a Program Manager for Culture Change, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery team and program of strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of project development, implementation, and closure across a portfolio of change projects. Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively will be crucial in ensuring that project deliverables are met. Your role will also involve providing expert advice to stakeholders on emerging project issues. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

    • Lead the development and delivery of a portfolio of projects, leveraging resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve required outcomes.
    • Manage all aspects of project development, implementation, and closure across a portfolio of change projects.
    • Implement strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects.
    • Lead the project team (internal and external) to deliver all key project milestones and outcomes.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management.
    • Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues.
