    We are recruiting for an Admissions Coordinator to join our Community Relations - Admissions Team. This role is an ongoing FTE1.0 position.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Admissions Coordinator provides high level administrative support to the Admissions Manager to manage student applications and the enrolment processes, to maintain full enrolment at Ruyton Girls' School.
    The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for the efficient execution of Ruyton's enrolment process and will maintain accurate records of enrolment enquiries, applications, and confirmations, as well as details of waiting lists both for the present and future years. The role is one of the first points of contact prospective parents have with Ruyton and is actively involved in promoting the School and welcoming families to the School.

    Qualifications and Training
    • Must hold, or be willing to acquire prior to commencement, a Working with Children Check.
    • Hold and maintain Apply First Aid HLTAID003 (or an equivalent qualification) and Anaphylaxis Training.
    • Child Safety Training, including Mandatory Reporting provided by the School with our provider CompliSpace.
