    Job Scope

    Contract Manager - Focuses on retention and strengthening a portfolio of strategic Customer relationships with a view to driving business growth and development. Lead point of contact for key Customer matters, escalations, and forward forecasting of requirements. Coordinates activities accordingly utilising organisational resources to develop and implement operational solutions to achieve Customer requirements and deadlines.

    What you will do:

  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship between assigned Customer portfolio and FLS
  • Primary escalation conduit, responsible for resolving Customer issues and complaints
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of assigned Customer portfolio requirements, e.g. installation base
  • Drive the FLS ESG agenda with a focus on new technologies
  • Negotiate performance-based contracts and maintenance of ongoing contract terms, conditions and performance
  • SQDC performance analytics, reporting and improvement for contracted items for assigned Customer portfolios (DIFOT, QA, QC)
  • Pricing review, analytics, forecast and rolling 3-month updates
  • Lead the 180-day forecasting process for contracted items gaining sign-off from assigned Customer portfolio with Central Procurement
  • Oversight and management of the rolling 30-day order placement and execution activities
  • Preparation and Presentation of Monthly Reporting SLA's, both F2F and Online
  • Facilitation of Capital and one-off Proposal and Estimate on behalf of FLS
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Review and, where required, facilitate the resolution of Warranty and Service Support
  • Timely and accurate maintenance of customer portfolio data
  • What you bring:

  • Recent experience as a Contracts Manager
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement with a strong customer service attitude
  • Ability to interpret and comprehend commercial contract terms and conditions
  • Strong ability to negotiate tactics and planning
  • Experience in a customer-facing order handling, procurement or supply chain execution role in the resources sector
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain processes and principles
  • Sound understanding of Trade Practice Law and requirements as required
  • Ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret and comprehend basic financial data
  • Ability to work in a team or individually on multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to handle conflicts and manage dispute resolution
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast paced, changing environment while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Good organization skills that deliver effective planning and housekeeping standards.
