    We are currently seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our progressive team in Truganina. If you have been an Account Manager or Customer Relationship Manager in another industry, then we want to talk to you. This role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who has ever wanted to get into the recruitment industry but may not have been given the chance due to 'lack of experience'.     This is a hands-on role doing 360-degree recruitment, talent pooling, screening, interview, employee management, compliance and client management. Being an ISO Quality Accredited organisation, we will train you in all aspects of recruitment to ensure you are successful in your role.

    You will be provided will all the tools you need to hit the ground running to build a great long-standing career with the ProQuest Team

    Your new role will involve, but not limited to:

    • Partnering with new and established clients to provide effective recruitment solutions
    • Recruitment of the very best talent
    • Being hands on with weekly rosters
    • Working closely with the Business Manager and Operation Staff to develop strategies for both organic growth and new business opportunities
    • Championing a safety culture through regular site inductions and toolbox talks
    • Go above and beyond to take our clients to the very best level of service they can imagine

    What you will bring to the team:

    • Previous Sales/Account Management or Customer Relationship experience, including retail, hospitality, travel or any other customer focused industry
    • Ability to establish and foster strong working relationships with our both clients and candidates
    • A flexible and adaptable approach
    • Excellent work ethic and attitude
    • Confident and resilient
    • Understanding of the need to go the extra mile for clients and candidates
    • Fluent written and oral communication
    • Capable of working effectively in a team environment as well as independently
    • A self-motivated person who shows initiative
    • Strong and accurate computer skills
