    About the role

    UGL Telecommunications, part of the Services Division is seeking applications from experienced Inventory Administrators for an immediate start.

    This is a permanent full time role and based in Tullamarine Victoria.

    The Inventory Administrator's primary role is to manage the day to day accuracy and integrity of transactional data from the Warehouse Management System(WMS) for both on premise and in field inventory.

    About You

    In addition to being an experienced all-round administrator; the following experience and personal traits will be highly regarded:

    • Qualification in Inventory Management/Logistics or another supply chain discipline will be highly regarded
    • Advanced Excel Skills
    • Experience in creating reports and presenting reports to all organisational levels
    • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Ability to adapt to change and learn new systems and processes
    • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain internal and external relationships
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work without supervision
