In this role, you will work on producing and developing different facade systems and details while enhancing your skills in design, engineering, and materials. Responsibilities:

• Interpreting work assignment instructions with the right procedures and equipment
• Collecting and analyzing data, performing computations
• Estimating material costs and ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations
• Inspecting engineering works, supervising maintenance and repairs
• Preparing detailed drawings
• Assisting in design certification of facade systems
• Site investigation and diagnosing building defects
• Preparation of technical reports, specifications, and documentation
• Client interface, building relationships, and business development
• Requirements:
• Minimum three years experience as a Civil Engineering Draftsperson
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience with AutoCAD software for drafting
• Knowledge of 3D design software
• Ability to conceptualize practical solutions
• Professional communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail

Salary: $80k to $90k per year + Super
