    See yourself in our teamThe Customer Communication People and Process squad is responsible for creating a centralised engagement process to ensure seamless customer engagement and experience through the customer engagement engines.

    Providing support to enhance the agile ways of working, build capability and empower teams to accelerate the creation and execution of customer communications.

    We provide support to teams across the group to understand and manage their associated risk accountabilities across the customer communication process relating to Next Best Conversations and Real time alerts (CED).Do work that mattersAs a Product Manager (Senior Manager level), Customer Communication People and Process you will be responsible for establishing and managing the Customer Communication process (NBC & CED) with a particular focus on providing strong governance, operational risk and risk profile outcomes.

    Using strong collaboration and influencing skills, you will drive engagement and change across numerous stakeholder groups across the Group.
    Partnering with our key stakeholders will be critical for your success.
    Confidently address stakeholder questions and concerns, possess the ability to accurately evaluate ambiguous situations to reach informed decisions.
    Experience in the Customer Communication process, specifically NBC and/or CED is highly desirable.
    Key Responsibilities
    Establish and manage governance frameworks and processes for the Customer Engagement Engines.
    Ensuring adherence to governance and correct accountability around timely resolution of risks and issues.
    Work in partnership with multiple stakeholders to lead change initiatives, designed to improve our customer communication processes.
    Leverage insights and data to deliver recommendations for control and process enhancements.
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business, channels, risk and technology.
    Lead product process developments and enhancements utilising customer centred design thinking.
    Ownership of controls, including effectiveness testing and uplifting as required.
    Influence key decisions and prioritisation
    Engage with internal risk and product governance frameworks.
    Present and prepare product papers and reports to various governance forums, senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

    Experience working in an agile environment as a Product Owner/Manager
    Customer-first Mindset: always starting with and anchoring back to the customer outcome

    Risk Mindset:
    this role is for a Risk Champion, with a strong ability to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks
    Experience in delivering complex tasks and prioritising accordingly
    Exceptional stakeholder/supplier engagement skills including presentation skills, communication, negotiation and influencing capability at a senior leadership level with a proven record of managing the needs of varied business stakeholders
    Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
