    In our everyday work we live by the principles of mutual respect and teamwork - that's why you'll find so many of our employees have been a part of the Kaeser family now for 10, 20 and even 30 years Branch Manager / Capital Equipment Sales Engineer - Sydney We're currently looking for an experienced, customer-centric and goals orientated sales professional to join our capital equipment sales team. Based in Sydney, and reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the market share of an industry leading product range throughout the state. One of the world's largest manufacturers of compressors, blowers and compressed air systems, Kaeser Compressors employs over 8,000 people worldwide. Established over 100 years ago in Germany, Kaeser Compressors remains a family owned and operated business, that today is represented throughout the world by a comprehensive network of branches, subsidiaries and authorised distribution partners. We are looking for a solutions driven salesperson that fully understands and has solid experience of the complete sales cycle from; planning, strategy and implementation through to territory management. Familiarity with capital equipment sales, or specifically compressor experience, would be an advantage. Benefits of joining Kaeser:

    • Experience in these areas would be advantageous:
  • Minimum 5 years outside sales/territory management experience
  • Capital equipment sales experience in industrial applications
  • Experience in selling solutions in medium-long sales cycles
  • Good driving record and valid driver's license (required)
  • Experience in managing or leading small teams
