    How will you make an impact? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

    You will play an integral part within this key area of our business. Reporting to the Head of Communications, the Senior Media Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the yearly media strategy for the Maison in Oceania through both online and offline channels.

    You will be responsible for:

  • Driving effective media strategy to ensure the Maison's leadership and brand power by using the appropriate media channels. Develop relevant media plan adapted to local specificities.
  • Leading the media team in development on multi-channel media plans with a focus on innovation and efficiency
  • Leading the creative development and direction of all local content for Cartier Australia and New-Zealand
  • Making recommendations to build the budget but also manage the media budget spend by channel and by collection.
  • Directing the boutique and retail partner specific media strategies.
  • Aligning strategies between all communication channels through smooth PR/Media collaboration. Combine PR and Media ROI on a regular basis
  • Digital focus: Driving paid search, programmatic, digital communications across e-partners, brand messages on website.
  • Drive innovative projects to keep Cartier at the forefront of luxury newness and differentiation.
  • Media performance monitoring
  • Support strategic and experiential projects across all product categories and geo-localized events
  • HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

    We believe in shared success and understanding that with your actions you elevate your team and the Maison. To contribute to team success, you will:

  • Have 8+ years of experience in media/advertising, luxury, or digital communications preferred.
  • Demonstrate excellent English writing, speaking and presentation skills required, with experience in copywriting a plus.
  • Be entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small team environment where self-sufficiency is essential.
  • Be flexible to work outside of normal business hours including weekends, to fulfil key department initiatives, as needed ( communication with HQ, posting to social channels etc.)
  • Be a self-starter who is capable of managing and delegating multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized manner.
  • Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook (Keynote experience also a plus).
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and visualization skills via presentations and reports, clearly communicating large amounts of information precisely and creatively.
  • Have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Acrobat, and major graphic/video file formats.
  • Be a Digital Expert - savvy with digital media, analytics tools, CMS platforms and social media.
