    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are proud of the work we produce and the long-standing relationships we build and are now looking for a Project Engineer on our Heathcote Road Project to help deliver civil and earthworks packages, structures and underground services.

    Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Maintains project performance in difficult and challenging circumstances, and takes ownership of problems in own work
    • Demonstrates a broad understanding of the project's commercial requirements.
    • Oversee and manage your procurement, plant, equipment and resources.
    • Conduct short- and medium-term planning relating to overall progress.
    • Builds positive relationships with client, through understanding client's needs/expectations.

    You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

    • Degree in Engineering from within a related field (Civil Engineering preferred)
    • Proven experience in civils and particularly Major Road upgrades
    • Experience of procurement, and supplier and subcontractor management
    • Commercial understanding of contract and project cost control management in the civil engineering industry (e.g., understands productivity and measure, forecasting)
