- The ability to drive sales and deliver against KPI's,
- Work alongside the team, ensure the upkeep and layout of the store is in line with RB Sellars standards,
- Rostering to ensure great customer service,
- Train new and existing team members to ensure product and process standards are understood,
- Stock-takes,
- Regular reporting, including sales reporting, is part of the role, along with identifying talent and recruiting new team members where necessary.

- You will have exceptional leadership skills to engage and develop a united team
- A commercial retail operator with strong organisationskills across merchandising, rostering and sales administration
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Able to work every second Saturday
