We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our retail business based in Ballarat.

You will be responsible for engaging a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales to achieve targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The ability to drive sales and deliver against KPI's,
• Work alongside the team, ensure the upkeep and layout of the store is in line with RB Sellars standards,
• Rostering to ensure great customer service,
• Train new and existing team members to ensure product and process standards are understood,
• Stock-takes,
• Regular reporting, including sales reporting, is part of the role, along with identifying talent and recruiting new team members where necessary.

• You will have exceptional leadership skills to engage and develop a united team
• A commercial retail operator with strong organisationskills across merchandising, rostering and sales administration
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Able to work every second Saturday
