    Banking and Finance Legal Secretary

    Leading Commercial Law firm in Melbourne CBD

    Salary up to $90k package

    THE FIRM
    One of Australia's leading commercial law firms where you will receive career development opportunities and a fantastic working environment.

    Situated in modern offices in the heart of the CBD, the firm boasts an enviable client base that includes global corporations and high net worth individuals.

    THE ROLE

    You can expect to work within a busy and fast paced banking and finance department in supporting senior fee-earners alongside a team of experienced legal secretaries.

    You will enjoy direct contact with partners and hands on exposure with files.


    • Commercial contracts
    • Deeds and agreements
    • File and diary management
    • Preparing documents
    ABOUT YOU

    Our client is not extending this opportunity to Students.


    To be considered for the role, you must be a legal secretary with at least 3 years' experience gained within a law firm.

    High level of attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality; and

    Be able to work 5 days per week.
