Most places we visit have a waitlist up to 2 years and some places, allied health has never existed before.

Our established, grassroots state of WA is looking for a senior leader (Health or Aviation background) to lead our WA operations, completing over 15 flights per week to over 20 locations, with 40 staff.

With aim to double our operations by December Day to day objectives Overseeing operations and clinical teams to deliver safe, excellent and efficient operation into country WALead WA culture, attraction and retention of staff Oversee state performance and financial outcome Business development, growth and relationship management of senior government, NGO and private stakeholders Strategic objectives Work with other state leaders to achieve our national organisational goals Work with CFO to achieve financial targets Work with group clinical lead to establish best clinical practice The ideal candidate will have Background in allied health, health management or aviation, or similar Senior leader at hyper growth Australian start ups Demonstrated ability to motivate, guide and lead a culture focussed team Demonstrated ability to scale a business to achieve financial KPIs Your application will include the following questions:
