    ECT - Engadine

    This EXCEEDING centre in Engadine is seeking a superstar ECT to join their fantastic purpose built Centre, and their wonderful team

    Offering

    • Up to $1900 per week
    • Full-time, permanent employment
    • 4 or 5 working days, condensed hours options
    • 6 weeks annual leave
    • Additional days PAID leave for Professional Development
    • Opportunities for progression and growth
    • Friendly, supportive and welcoming team, focused on collaborative engagement
    • Free meals and childcare within the centre

    Successful applicants will have:

    • Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
    • Valid Working with Children Check
    • Valid First Aid Certificate
    • An excellent understanding understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Great mentoring and leadership skills
    • A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
    • Right to Work in Australia (without restriction)
    • At least 1 years experience as an ECT, or in a similar position
