    Job Title: Casual Handyperson - Painter

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyperson to join our team at Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park. This is a casual role with flexible work hours, offering a competitive salary.

    About the Role:

    • Carry out repairs, painting, and maintain a proactive preventative maintenance program throughout the property.
    • Liaise with the Front Office team to log and complete maintenance tasks related to accommodation rooms and Hotel public areas.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including guests and team members.
    • Ensure cost control measures are implemented and administration duties are completed on time.
    • Maintain company standards, systems, and procedures.

    About You:

    • Positive attitude and ability to solve problems logically.
    • Experience with fixing day-to-day issues such as lights, taps, and paint.
    • Ability to understand customer needs and ensure high-quality service.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams.
    • Knowledge of trades and relevant legislation highly regarded.
