    We are looking for a motivated and hands-on clinical expert with excellent leadership and communication skills to pursue a career opportunity at our 50 bed Coolamon Villa, Residential Aged Care home. As a Care Manager, you will act as the clinical lead to ensure delivery of quality clinical and person centred care for our residents. You would be joining a strong and stable team.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Develop and lead clinical care staff to focus on a culture of continual improvement and quality
    • Ensure the home complies with Aged Care Accreditation Standards
    • Ensure high quality resident care is consistently delivered throughout the home to all residents including updating of care plans, wound reviews and medication overview, and more

    On offer is a supportive and rewarding role that is both hands on and has key leadership functions. To be successful for this role, you will have:

    • Authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
    • Demonstrated work experience as a Clinical Care Manager
    • Extensive knowledge of the clinical functions of an Aged Care home
    • Superior communication skills both written and verbal
    • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and promote a positive work environment
    • COVID vaccinated
    • NDIS check or willing to obtain
