    Job Role Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Employment Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with clients who require support in finding employment, building their skills and job-readiness, and supporting them through interviews and into sustainable employment.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. As an Employment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying client goals and aspirations, developing job placement strategies, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful outcomes.

    • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients;
    • Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;

    About the Job


    In this role:



    • You will work closely with diverse client groups including those living with disability or injury; individuals requiring additional support due to health conditions; or those facing barriers in securing employment;

    • You will identify client goals as well as develop tailored job placement strategies that cater to each individual's needs;

    • You'll engage regularly with local businesses across various sectors ensuring up-to-date information on available jobs are made known,
