    Operations Specialist

    The E&I Operations Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining customer-centric processes across multiple products and Value Streams. This role entails streamlining onboarding, support, and offboarding, ensuring internal and external stakeholders continue to perform as required. ensuring these are. By continuously evaluating and enhancing workflows, integrating customer feedback, and maintaining excellence in service delivery, this position supports scalable growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction and engagement.

    This role sits within the Operations Enabling Function which is responsible for logistics and operational activities that are critical to E&I. The team develops operational processes for the sales and servicing of electrification products and identifies and implements process improvements.

    About the role:

    • Process Development and Optimisation, develop, document, and continuously improve operational processes across sales, fulfilment, billing, credit management, customer onboarding, and offboarding. Ensure processes are standardised across multiple products and Value Streams where possible.
    • Commercial Acumen, continuously leverages a commercial mindset when designing and maintaining processes, ensuring where possible to design sustainably scalable processes to facilitate rapid growth into the long term.
    • Identify and conduct operational experiments to test new workflows and solutions aimed at improving customer sign-ups, fault troubleshooting, and willingness to pay. Support live operational processes throughout the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, billing, and offboarding, while also upskilling sales teams as needed.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate operational process changes and ensure alignment. And engage with external parties such as suppliers and partners to enhance operational processes, including performance management for optimal customer experiences.
    • Monitor operational processes for compliance and establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational processes, utilising data-driven insights to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
    • Sales and Revenue Generation, drive sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and understanding customer needs.

    About you:

    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an operations role, preferably in the electrification or technology sector
    • Solid understanding of electrification technologies and innovations. Familiarity with the electric vehicle and/or home electrification market is highly desirable
    • Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Proven ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
    • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find practical solutions.
    • Demonstrated sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and close deals.
    • Experience in Agile methodologies and tools and the ability to work autonomously in a in a fast pace team, startup environment.
