  • The Role

    Intelligence Capability Division (ICD) is seeking an APS5 Capability Analysts to conduct analytics, planning and delivering program and project functions. Working in either Intelligence Data and Targeting Branch or Intelligence Capability Integration Branch, you will contribute to advancing capability proposals to government, sponsoring geospatial intelligence capabilities through delivery, or supporting risk mitigation activities for the Division.

    The Analyst is accountable under limited direction to perform and achieve complex analysis and/or production work within an integrated workforce. They are accountable to have and maintain a well-developed understanding of and compliance to relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence's mission and policy requirements.

    About our Team
    The Intelligence Capability Division (ICD), within the Defence Intelligence Group, coordinates and manages intelligence enterprise capability and critical support functions on behalf of the Chief of Defence Intelligence. The Division is responsible for a wide range of diverse services that support, programs and project functions. These assist with intelligence outcomes across both Intelligence Data and Targeting Branch and Intelligence Capability Integration Branch. This includes enabling warfighting tactical intelligence staff up to, and including, those informing strategic decisions.
