    Our client, a leading Australian Investment Manager, is currently seeking an Associate to join their Capital team in Melbourne.

    In this role, you will be supporting the Capital Team in presenting the company's investment management expertise to institutional investors globally.

    Responsibilities include developing and maintaining high-quality marketing materials, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, assisting in business development activities, and supporting the execution of capital raising strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including pitch decks and transaction summaries, targeted at sophisticated investors.
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure quality documentation.
    • Gather and update competitor intelligence for strategic insights.
    • Assist in drafting and reviewing investor responses.
    • Track investor meetings and maintain CRM database; AND
    • Support capital raising and coordinate due diligence efforts.

    Skills & Experience:

    • You will have 1-3 years' experience in Funds Management or Financial Services, as well as;
    • Relevant degree in a business-related discipline.
    • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong relationships.
    • Understanding of and interest in commercial real estate and private credit.
    • Experience in Salesforce and similar CRM systems.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Creative flair with an eye for presentation; AND
    • Self-motivated, able to use initiative and manage own workload.
