- Diagnostics and repair of vehicles to manufacturers standards
- Provide advice in relation to mechanical condition of vehicles
- Reporting all necessary work, service or repairs to service manager and record using in-house databases or reporting systems
- Provide guidance and training to apprentices
- Relay information about vehicles to guests in a professional manner
- Road test vehicles and conduct final assessments prior to delivery or return of vehicle to guest
- Comply with OH&S policies
- Qualifications as an Automotive Technician (Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical)
- All brand experience considered.
- Minimum 3 years' experience post trade qualification
- Manual drivers licence
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service focused
- High attention to detail
