    We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Venue Manager. In this role, you'll be at the helm of managing our event venues and board rooms, ensuring they serve as vibrant hubs for creativity and community engagement.

    ???? Facilities Management

    • Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the venue.
    • Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors to address repairs and upkeep.
    • Manage inventory and procurement of supplies and equipment.

    Event Coordination

    • Collaborate with clients to plan and execute a wide range of events, including boardroom meetings, award nights, workshops, and corporate events.
    • Coordinate event logistics, including set-up, staffing, catering, and audiovisual requirements for internal and client events.
    • Ensure events run smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

    Customer Support + Sales :
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
    • Provide tours of the venue to prospective clients and assist with event planning and customisation.
    • Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors to foster repeat business and referrals.
    • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

    Staff Management

    • Recruit, train, and supervise casual venue staff, including bar staff, maintenance personnel, and support staff.
    • Initiating and executing growth strategies to increase top-line sales alongside Fishburners' marketing and business development teams.

    Budget Management

    • Develop and manage the venue budgets, ensuring expenses are within budgetary constraints and revenue targets are met.
    • Monitor financial performance, analyse trends, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
    • Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management.
