We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and elevate our kitchen operations.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Head Chef in developing innovative menus and creating dishes that captivate our customers and foster repeat visits.
    • Prepare and execute high-quality dishes under the guidance of the Head Chef, using fresh and local ingredients to craft memorable dining experiences.
    • Help manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control, maintenance of kitchen equipment, and adherence to health and safety standards.
    • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to enhance skill development and contribute positively to kitchen dynamics.
    • Support the training and mentorship of kitchen staff, promoting a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and culinary excellence.
    • Maintain strict quality control on all dishes served, upholding supreme standards of taste and presentation.
    • Assist in managing kitchen finances, including budgeting and cost management, to ensure optimal operation without compromising on quality.
    • Work in tandem with the front-of-house team to guarantee exceptional service and customer satisfaction, augmenting the dining experience with expertly prepared dishes.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a senior role in a professional kitchen.
    • Formal culinary training or substantial relevant experience.
    • Comprehensive understanding of various cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
    • Strong leadership qualities with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
