    Our global, high performing Talent Acquisition function is looking for a Talent Acquisition Systems, Operations and Projects Specialist to join our function (could be base in Sydney, Melbourne, or elsewhere) to drive operational efficiency globally throughout TA.

    This includes identifying areas for optimising our global talent acquisition processes, streamlining operations and how we deliver our talent solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting on various projects within the global talent acquisition function, all with a focus on current state optimisation and future state achievement of our 2025 TA goals which are, optimising all experiences (recruiter, hiring manager and candidate), building talent advisory capability, being operationally strong, we embrace a digital mindset, and we do the right things at the right time, the right way.

    This role will aid the identification of continuous improvement opportunities to simplify and improve ways of working across TA process and offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent acquisition operations, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and driving impactful projects that support our organisation's growth and success.

    There are four key areas of impact that this role will have;

    1) ATS SME (Subject Matter Expert)

    2) Talent Acquisition Process Optimisation

    3) TA Reporting (Data Analysis, Reporting, and Insights)

    4) Project Support

    At a high level, the key outcomes this role will have include serving as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, issues, and enhancements within the talent acquisition team for all users globally across all TA related technology, and identify ongoing areas where we need to streamline the way we use the system in line with optimising the experiences we offer our recruiters, candidates and hiring communities and again, help to drive achievement of our 2025 goals.

    Additionally, this role will provide operational support for talent acquisition projects, including but not limited to, system implementations, process redesign initiatives, and strategic recruitment initiatives and collaborate with project teams to define requirements, time-lines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with talent acquisition objectives.

    In order to create an impact, you ideally would have come from a TA background either in an operational/projects/systems type role, have extensive knowledge of TA Technology and optimising TA tech stacks, ideally have prior experience working with Workday Recruiter/ Workday HCM and have experience in optimising processes and improving operational efficiency within a talent acquisition or HR function, and be able to articulate the impact you achieved in all key areas.

    What will determine your success is your ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks all whilst working with key stakeholders to manage expectations through enhanced communication skills, an ability to influence and articulate complexity clearly.

    Additionally, being action oriented, outcomes and results driven focused, possessing a can-do approach, the ability to think about the bigger picture and how the puzzle pieces fit together to optimise a TA function (as in think about how we become the global leader in Talent Acquisition and deliver optimal talent outcomes for Toll) will support your ability to have an impact within this role.
