    About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor , to join our team at Ford Service Deparment in Campbelltown. As a Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.

    Responsibilities :


    • As the first point of contact you will take care of the customer's needs ensuring their vehicle is serviced in a timely manner

    • Liaising with the workshop and parts departments

    • Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets

    • Ensuring the customers are given the best possible Customer Service experience

    Requirements for the role will involve the following:


    • Experience in a similar role within a Retail Automotive Service Department

    • Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills

    • Quote up repair jobs and liaise with customers

    • Sound Automotive technical knowledge

    • Punctual and reliable

    • Current driver's licence

    • Be able to work in a team environment
