    ABOUT THE ROLE:
    Our client is seeking a Concession Manager to lead their store in Karrinyup. In this role, you will be responsible for providing ongoing training, development, and driving sales in store. Being able to analyse KPIS and implement strategic plans to increase profitability.

    The key to your success will be your ability to coach and mentor your team to style, outfit and achieve sales targets. The main objective in-store is ALWAYS the customer experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
    * Manage a team to maximise sales and customer experience
    * Motivate the team to achieve weekly targets and store standards
    * Coach and mentor the sales team including ongoing development, and training with the team
    * Strong awareness of store operations, driving KPIS, P&L, business acumen, and strategy planning
    * Responsible for the recruitment and selection of great talent into the business
    * Build and maintain solid commercial relationships with the wider business

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
    * Previous experience in Management required
    * Achieve/exceed sales targets for the store
    * Sound understanding of merchandising, stock management and execution of VM guides
    * Ability to implement strategic plans upon analysing sales and performance
    * Manage controllable costs and budgets
    * Strong leader who enjoys motivating and mentoring the team
    * Sound understanding of fashion and the retail environment, including trends, fashion, and competition
    * Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to change
