    The Role

    The Kemps Creek ADC Health and Safety Specialist will play a key role in leading and managing the overall safety performance of the Automated Distribution Centre (ADC). This 15-month fixed-term position requires an experienced Senior Safety leader who can provide strategic guidance and support to achieve health, safety, and wellbeing objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the overall safety performance of the ADC
    • Act as the site's Subject Matter Expert and provide information to enable the ADC to achieve strategic health, safety, and wellbeing objectives
    • Foster and maintain a work environment conducive to operational excellence and continuous improvement
    • Implement safety strategies in partnership with State Managers and key stakeholders
    • Provide direction, advice, and practical support to store area management teams on safety, workers compensation, injury management, and wellbeing-related matters

    About You

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Safety leader with a strong background working in an operational FMCG distribution centre, manufacturing, or automated environment. A proven record of implementing strategic plans, driving change within teams, and providing technical expertise and coaching at all operational levels is essential.
