We are delighted to bring to market their newly created role of Chief Commercial Officer, developed to seize new market and revenue growth opportunities.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive revenue, business growth and profitability through your direct sphere of influence across Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Innovation.

With sales growth comes change, and you will need to be relentless in your commitment to lead your team to adapt to new industry conditions whilst respecting the traditions which have shaped the organisation.

With a team orientation, you will be expected to contribute to the organisation's future strategic direction as a member of the Executive Group.

Shortlisted candidates will come from environments where they have built cultures of high performance balancing multiple stakeholder requirements and groups of influence.

You are bottom line results driven and come to the table with a tool kit of commercial, sales and marketing strategies to drive growth.
