As Lead Dam Safety Strategy & Risk you will provide overarching technical governance strategic leadership lead a multidisciplinary team of specialist engineers delivering dam safety risk assessments management ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practical) assessments upgrade design reviews activities Working closely with other areas of Dam Safety Strategy Flood Operations team Infrastructure Planning Capital Delivery Group you will provide complex specialist advice technical support ensure dam risk assessments dam upgrade activities are fit-for-purpose across asset life cycle You will also participate in flood duty day-to-day dam operations This role will heavily influence Seqwaters enterprise risk posture engage Executive Leadership authoritative advice on dam safety strategy assets portfolio)
- Providing strategic leadership Dam Strategy Risk team delivering complex risk management frameworks ALARP assessments aligned organisational regulatory requirements
- Leading provision specialist dam safety risk management expertise including ALARP methodologies upgrade design reviews construction planning execution preparation critical dam safety documentation regulatory reports
- Providing advanced technical guidance prioritising dam safety risk mitigation operations maintenance programs ensure strong governance resilience critically review challenge internal external engineering solutions assure integrity upgrades Closely related to civil engineer ingeneer senior experience
