    About the Role

    The OSHC Manager will lead and mentor a dedicated team in delivering a high-quality, inclusive, and professional service.

    • Supervise and manage the service within the legal and regulatory framework.
    • Lead and support staff to foster a cohesive and effective team.
    • Create a safe, stimulating environment that supports the developmental and recreational needs of school-aged children.

    What You'll Need

    • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) or equivalent (as per ACECQA).
    • Current Ochre Card (Working with Children).
