    Job Title: Internal Sales Support

    Business: Lucy Electric Australasia

    Location: Brisbane, Australia

    The primary objective of this role is to support the company's regional growth strategy by providing exceptional service to new and existing sales accounts.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
    • Prepare and submit quotations while following approved processes.
    • Process orders in a timely manner and ensure all technical and commercial aspects are considered.
    • Arrange shipments to customers.
    • Cordinate with QA to handle customer complaints in a timely manner.
    • Update CRM for all customer-related activities.
    • Maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
    • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and drive business success.

    Requirements:

    • Familiarity with CRM Systems, preferably Microsoft D365 or similar.
    • Familiarity with quoting systems.
    • Familiarity with ERP Systems, preferably Oracle or similar.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent MS Office skills.
    • Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
    • Good knowledge of logistics.
